SHIPPING

Available items are normally prepared within the timeframe shown at checkout or on the product page.

Made-to-order, partial or controlled-release objects may require additional processing that will be disclosed before purchase.

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs and address issues.

A tracking number, when available, will be sent after carrier acceptance.

Customers are responsible for duties, taxes and import charges unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Refusal to pay import charges may result in deductions from a refund where permitted by law and supported by actual costs.

Use the Contact page with your order reference if tracking stops or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located.

We will review the carrier record and the remedies available under the order and applicable law.
