COLLECTION

What may be collected

We may collect contact, order, payment-status, delivery, support and technical information needed to operate the site and fulfil transactions.

A Race Burial review submission may include identity and reply details, event data, testimony, preliminary findings, evidence links and an archive-visibility preference.

If future runner-record features are released, collection may also include race activity data, uploaded activity files, user notes, object-access identifiers and user-selected public or private visibility choices. Those features are not currently active unless expressly stated.

Payment card details are normally handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Flatffin.

USE

Why it is used

Information may be used to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with law and send messages you requested.

Race Burial material is used to assess the submitted event, communicate a review decision and preserve the preliminary file. A visibility preference is not publication consent.

Future archive or analysis features, if released, may use comparable race records to prepare contextual findings. They will not be treated as medical advice, and no automated analysis is currently active.

Marketing consent, where requested, can be withdrawn.

ARCHIVE RELEASE

Private testimony and publication

Race Burial submissions are sealed by default. Reference-only, anonymized or attributed visibility preferences indicate what Flatffin may later propose; they do not authorize publication.

No submitted name, reference, fact, quotation, photograph or other evidence is published without a separate final release approved after review.

ACCESS

Your choices

Subject to law, you may request access to or correction of personal information and ask questions about our privacy practices through the Contact page.

You may also withdraw consent where the law allows, understanding that some services may then become unavailable.

Any future runner-record service will describe controls for activity files, retention and public or private visibility before persistent storage begins.

RETENTION

Retention and safeguards

Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for its purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security.

Reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
