Race Burial Box / practical clarification
01What is the Race Burial Box?
A personalized physical archive for one race that mattered. It turns submitted facts and evidence into a numbered closure file without rewriting the event.
02Is it only for DNF races?
No. Finished, withdrawn, stopped, cutoff, DNS and DNF events are all eligible. The outcome is recorded, not ranked.
03Can a successful or brutal race be archived?
Yes to both. Completion, placement or difficulty does not determine whether an event deserves deliberate closure.
04What is personalized?
The event record, selected evidence, designation, dates, distance, outcome, internal archive references and physical arrangement are prepared for the submitted race.
05What does the customer submit?
Race facts and whatever evidence is available: bib, timing information, photographs, notes, route details, result links, material traces or an explanation of what is missing.
06What does FLATFFIN create internally?
FLATFFIN reviews the submission, checks factual consistency, assigns the archive structure and number, prepares the printed record and assembles the retained physical material.
07What physical items are included?
The final composition may include a numbered file, printed race record, evidence reproductions, labels and retained or customer-supplied material. Exact contents are confirmed before production.
08How does numbering work?
Each accepted Founding Series archive receives a unique file number. The number identifies the record; it does not rank the race or the person.
09What is the Founding Series?
The first manually reviewed sequence of Race Burial Box files. Ten numbered records are planned while the product and archive method are being established.
10How is a Race Burial Box requested?
A race may be submitted for manual Founding Series review. Submission is free. Payment, permanent allocation and production begin only after eligibility and scope are confirmed.
11How long does review and preparation take?
FLATFFIN normally answers an initial submission within 5–10 business days. A production schedule is then confirmed individually because evidence and personalization vary.
12How does shipping work?
Shipping origin, price, destination coverage, tracking and return conditions will be disclosed before payment is accepted. No shipping term is inferred from a submission.

F01Why are quantities limited?
The available quantity has been determined to be sufficient. An increase is not currently justified.
F02Will a sold object return?
A return is possible. An exact repetition is not necessarily available.
F03Who reviews a Race Burial submission?
A person. The identity of the observer does not affect classification.
F04Can a completed race be buried?
Yes. Completion does not protect an event from closure.
F05Why does the archive contain missing numbers?
The absence of an entry does not necessarily indicate its nonexistence.
F06Is everything on this site real?
Objects described literally are treated literally. Other distinctions remain under observation.
F07Why did the page change?
No correction is scheduled.
F08Does Flatffin remember previous submissions?
Records may persist longer than the reason they were created.
F09Am I being observed?
Observation does not require intervention.
F10Why is this question here?
It was already present when the record was opened.
