Include the order reference, item and reason. Wait for return instructions before sending anything.
CONDITION
Change-of-mind items should be unused, unwashed and returned with original labels and packaging where reasonably possible.
Intentional partial or altered characteristics disclosed before purchase are not defects solely because they are partial or altered.
PROBLEMS
Contact us promptly if an item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective and include photographs where useful.
We will assess repair, replacement, refund or another remedy consistent with applicable law.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection.
Bank processing time is outside Flatffin's control. Statutory rights and legal warranties are not limited by this policy.
