Intentional partial or altered characteristics disclosed before purchase are not defects solely because they are partial or altered.

Contact us promptly if an item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective and include photographs where useful.

We will assess repair, replacement, refund or another remedy consistent with applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection.
